BAYS Florida has been selected as one of 2020’s Top 100 Workplaces in the Tampa Bay Region.  This marks the fourth time that BAYS has made the list, following its inaugural appearance in 2015.  The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

BAYS Florida was organized and chartered as a Florida Not-For-Profit Corporation on April 19, 1982. The agency celebrating its 38th Anniversary this year, was developed with the objective of improving the quality of life and increasing the potential of Florida’s youth. Since that time, BAYS Florida has provided high quality and professional youth and family services throughout the State of Florida and has grown into a multi-faceted organization with over 100 employees and services throughout the State of Florida.
